EXAMPLE, NOT A CLIENT RESULT
From service information to a useful inquiry
A contractor website can explain services, show approved work, clarify the service area, and collect project details through a structured inquiry form.
Scope & considerations
We build in code or WordPress and can configure or improve Shopify stores. Page count, content creation, revisions, hosting, care, and integrations are defined in the proposal. Complex migrations and special development require evaluation.
Content and structure before the visual design
Website design and redesign begin with the information a visitor needs to choose a useful next step. We organize the services, audience, business details, and contact paths before designing the pages. Clear page structure helps separate broad service information from the details needed for a specific inquiry.
Content requirements are part of the scope. We identify which copy, images, service descriptions, and project materials are available, what needs to be created, and who approves it. Bilingual website projects include corresponding English and Spanish pages rather than a language button that sends visitors back to the home page.
Choosing code, WordPress, or Shopify
A custom website in code can suit a clearly defined marketing experience with specific integrations. WordPress can suit a business that needs familiar content management. Shopify can suit a store that needs product, collection, checkout, and operational configuration. The decision is based on requirements and ongoing management rather than a platform preference.
The proposal describes page volume, editing responsibilities, hosting, maintenance, and the integrations included. Features such as special booking logic, large catalog imports, member areas, or complex migrations need separate evaluation. A basic website project is not a promise to deliver every possible application feature.
A controlled redesign and launch
Before replacing a website, we review existing URLs, useful content, forms, and measurement. Changed addresses need appropriate destinations, and important customer paths need to be tested. This is especially relevant when an established site is rebuilt on a different platform.
Launch checks cover navigation, mobile layout, inquiry paths, agreed integrations, and essential SEO configuration. The handoff explains how to manage the delivered site and what an ongoing care agreement includes. Continued content production and changes outside the agreed revisions are scoped separately.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
A few useful answers.
Do we need to replace our current website?+
Not always. We first review whether targeted improvements, a redesign, or a new build is the better fit.
Can the site be bilingual?+
Yes. English and Spanish content can be planned together, with equivalent pages and navigation. Translation scope is defined before production.
What happens after launch?+
You receive the agreed handoff. Maintenance, hosting, and ongoing edits can be included in a separate care agreement.
