What we need from your team.
Good implementation depends on accurate information and timely decisions.
- One point of contact for approvals
- Accurate service, product, and business information
- Approved images and permission to use materials
- Access to the accounts needed for the scope
- Feedback at the agreed review points
Approvals and dependencies are part of the plan
Before production, we identify the required content, access permissions, business information, and people who approve the work. A timeline depends on these inputs as well as the technical scope. When an input changes, we review its effect on the agreed delivery.
The project should explain which items the agency creates and which the client provides. Business owners approve the accuracy of service information, pricing, policies, and claims. Additional revisions or new requirements are reviewed as scope changes.
Handoff and ongoing management
Launch is followed by the agreed documentation or training. The handoff explains the functions delivered, account responsibilities, and the way to request help. Website maintenance, CRM care, and monthly marketing management have their own scope and service limits.
For an existing website, the launch plan also includes useful URLs, appropriate redirects, contact checks, and essential measurement. Ongoing reviews connect completed work to observed performance and the next useful actions.
